Function Hire T&Cs

Bookings:

It is important to note bookings cannot and are not confirmed until a deposit is paid. All deposits are non-refundable. Admin Fee charged on payment is non-refundable and non-redeemable.

All prepayments are non-refundable. Pre-orders must be placed two weeks prior to the event date.

Balances must be paid two weeks prior to the event date.

Decorations:

We do allow decorations in our private suites but ask that ONLY white tac is used on painted walls. Damage to any surfaces as a result of using other adhesives or abusive behaviour may result in a £100 penalty charge.

No confetti is permitted in our function suites under any circumstances.

All decorations MUST be taken away at the end of all functions.

We do not have the facilities to store any decorations. Access to decorate function rooms will be available one hour prior to the event start time.

Lost or Left Belongings

We will work with you to the best of our ability to recover any lost or left behind items. But Saint Judes does not take any responsibility for left or lost items. 

Person’s under 18:

Our license permits young persons or children under the age of 18 in the venue until 9:30pm.

Exception: For 18-19-20 Birthday parties every guest is required to be 18 or over.

Disabled access:

Unfortunately, our venue does not have wheelchair access or a lift.

Outside catering:

We DO NOT allow any outside catering, this includes food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Cakes and/ or similar are however allowed.
