Function Hire T&Cs
Bookings:
It is important to note bookings cannot and are not confirmed until a deposit is paid. All deposits are non-refundable.
Provisional bookings are held for a confirmed time prior to being released, deposit payment(s) are required to secure any booking.
Admin Fee charged on payment is non-refundable and non-redeemable.
All prepayments are non-refundable. Pre-orders must be placed two weeks prior to the event date.
Balances must be paid two weeks prior to the event date.
A 10% service charge will automatically be applied to parties of 6+ guests and to all functions and events booked with us.
All voucher bookings must be booked via the correct platform, Saint Judes does not accept responsibility for bookings made incorrectly.
Decorations:
We do allow decorations in our private suites but ask that ONLY white tac is used on painted walls. Any damage to any surfaces/property as a result of using other adhesives or abusive behaviour will result in a penalty charge liable to the event organiser.
No confetti is permitted in our function suites under any circumstances.
All decorations MUST be taken away at the end of all functions.
It is your responsibility to ensure this information is passed on to any external hired decorators, the event organiser will be liable for any damage incurred from incorrectly placed decorative pieces and for item(s) not being collected on time.
We do not have the facilities to store any decorations. Access to decorate function rooms will be confirmed with you prior to your event date, please note times and access are subject to availability and change.
Data Processing:
When submitting a function hire enquiry or booking a room online through our virtual booking system, you agree that Saint Judes may add you to our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. This system may be used to send promotional emails, WhatsApp Messages, and SMS messages to you from Saint Judes based on legitimate interest. You may opt out of our communications at any time by clicking on the opt out button at the bottom of emails or by emailing [email protected]
We use a range of third party applications to enhance your experience and recommend solutions and exclusive promotions for you. These are: Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace, and Twillio.Â
Lost or Left Belongings
We will work with you to the best of our ability to recover any lost or left behind items. But Saint Judes does not take any responsibility for left or lost items. It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure this information is relayed to guests.
Any claimed/found item(s) will be held for a maximum of 60 days before being donated, it is your responsibility to collect your item within this time, Saint Judes does not take any responsibility in failure to adhere to this.
Person’s under 18:
Our license permits young persons or children under the age of 18 in the venue until 9:30pm.
Exception: For 18-19-20 Birthday parties and for Condo bookings every guest is required to be 18 or over.
Disabled access:
Unfortunately, our venue does not have wheelchair access or a lift.
Outside catering:
We DO NOT allow any outside catering, this includes food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Cakes and/ or similar are however allowed.
