We know that organising an event can be stressful to say the least. Here at Saint Judes, we make it our priority to take the weight off your shoulders and make the process as smooth as possible. In addition to hiring a room, we have specified a few packages that we offer to help you build your perfect event.
Available in our function suites between 12pm and 6pm – our intoxicating afternoon tea has long been a favourite with our guests. Think long, banquet style table arrangements with plenty of sandwiches and cake stands to go around between your family and friends.
Our talented kitchen will cater your event with an array of freshly made sandwiches and homemade cakes and sweet treats. Warm scones with chantilly cream and strawberry jam, homemade coconut sponge, rocky road squares, bitesize banoffee tarts, peanut butter fudge, gooey brownies, and fresh strawberries – what’s not to love!
We have swapped the usual tea and coffee with something a little more grown up – teatime cocktails! Our cocktail sharing teapots are filled with vodka, gin or rum based concoctions and are guaranteed to keep your spirits high from afternoon until evening.
Looking for a high-class, formal and informative cocktail making class?… Well, this probably isn’t for you! Our cocktail masterclass at Saint Judes are all about fun and giving everyone a chance to get behind the bar and shake it ‘til they’ve made it.
Complete with complementary karaoke.
£25pp – Start your evening off with a complimentary glass of prosecco, followed by our standard masterclass making two cocktails each!
£35pp – For those who want a little something to soak up the alcohol – our Silver Package offers a 3-item Buffet Selector as well as the complementary prosecco and two-cocktail masterclass.
£50pp – A three course meal from our private dining menu paired with your complimentary prosecco and two-cocktail masterclass.

Our function floors make for the perfect daytime space for company meetings and training sessions. Our tables can be adjusted to suit any needs and we’ll be on hand to keep the teas and coffees flowing.
We value our number of longstanding relationships with various college and university societies across Glasgow. The offer of free midweek function hire is available for any long-term associations with your society.

We can accommodate groups of all sizes – be that a section in our bar-restaurant for smaller groups, functions of 25-80 guests in our private suites, or events of 80+ in our basement club.
Our function suites are typically offered in daytime and evening slots of 12pm-6pm and 6pm-1am respectively with some flexibility for certain events.

Under 18s are more than welcome at Saint Judes up until our licensed curfew at 9.30pm – after which we request that all guests must be over 18 and carrying valid photographic ID. For 18-19-20 Birthday parties every guest is required to be 18 or over.
Absolutely. We invite you to make the space your own and only ask that whitetac is used in place of sticky tape or blu-tac to keep our walls looking lovely!
We ask that all gifts and decorations are taken away at the end of the function – anything left over will be disposed of by our staff at the end of the night. We can hold on to small items until the next day but do not take responsibility for any belongings or decorations.
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside catering. Exceptions for food we can allow to be brought in include small cakes and table snacks such as sweets or crisps.
Each room comes with its own private sound system which can have a laptop/ tablet/phone connected via AUX. If you’d prefer a live DJ we can organise this for an extra cost.
Sadly, due to our location in a listed building we do not have wheelchair access or a lift/ramp.
