We know that organising an event can be stressful to say the least. Here at Saint Judes, we make it our priority to take the weight off your shoulders and make the process as smooth as possible. In addition to hiring a room, we have specified a few packages that we offer to help you build your perfect event.

Available in our functions between 12pm and 6pm – our intoxicating afternoon tea has long been a favourite with our guests. Think long, banquet style table arrangements with plenty of sandwiches and cake stands to go around between your family and friends.

Cocktail masterclasses: the perfect way to shake up your night!

Bronze Package - £30 per person

£30pp – Start your evening off with a complimentary glass of prosecco, followed by our standard masterclass making two cocktails each!

Silver Package - £40 per person

£40pp – For those who want a little something to soak up the alcohol – our Silver Package offers a 3-item Buffet Selector as well as the complementary prosecco and two-cocktail masterclass.

Gold Package - £55 per person

Our flexible daytime and evening slots, combined with tiered drinks and catering packages, ensure each celebration is tailored to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Under 18s are more than welcome at Saint Judes up until our licensed curfew at 9.30pm – after which we request that all guests must be over 18 and carrying valid photographic ID. For 18-19-20 Birthday parties every guest is required to be 18 or over.

Absolutely. We invite you to make the space your own and only ask that whitetac is used in place of sticky tape or blu-tac to keep our walls looking lovely!

We ask that all gifts and decorations are taken away at the end of the function – anything left over will be disposed of by our staff at the end of the night. We can hold on to small items until the next day but do not take responsibility for any belongings or decorations. 

We recommend our friends over at @kceventsglasgow who provide the most stunning backdrops to your most important occasions!

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside catering. Exceptions for food we can allow to be brought in include small cakes and table snacks such as sweets or crisps.

Each room comes with its own private sound system which can have a laptop/ tablet/phone connected via AUX. If you’d prefer a live DJ we can organise this for an extra cost.

Sadly, due to our location in a listed building we do not have wheelchair access or a lift/ramp.

We held a 21st birthday party with a fancy dress theme here in their courtyard function area and it was excellent. The separate dance floor was perfect for what we needed and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Opened up to the public at 11pm, but we had all our fun by then!! I had my hen do here last year and liked it so much that I planned my sister in laws baby shower here also! Prices are reasonable for hire and food for the buffet, and those with dietary requirements are well taken care of. Staff are very accommodating and helpful especially with before and after events.
